We’re looking for a HR Advisor to partner and support our incredible leaders, enhance workplace culture, and deliver people-focused initiatives that keep Bulla at the top of its game. Reporting into the Senior People Partner, you will play a lead role in supporting Bulla’s largest manufacturing site
Based in Colac – you’ll enjoy the best of regional Victoria while being part of a modern, flexible team.
What’s the Scoop?
- HR Business Partnering – Collaborate with leaders to provide generalist HR support, advice and align initiatives with business goals.
- Coaching & Development – Support leaders in building high-performing teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management – Assist in delivering performance processes, productivity improvements, and annual appraisals.
- HR Reporting – Contribute to key HR metrics, contract management, and compliance tracking.
- Organisational Design – Support workforce planning, role structuring, and succession planning.
- Learning & Development – Assist in implementing training frameworks and leadership development initiatives.
- Workplace Relations – Support the effective utilisation and adherence to EBAs and provide accurate interpretations of relevant legislation.
- Employment Framework – Ensure compliance with employment terms, EBAs, and contract management.
- Recruitment Support – Assist stakeholders with role approvals, modifications, and interview processes.
- Culture & Induction – Deliver and facilitate training for inductions and refresher training.
What You’ll Bring:
- A passion for HR and helping people thrive
- Qualifications in HR, Business or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role
- Strong ability to advise on Industrial Relations
- Experience in Award interpretation
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A love for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
